What we build
One web system that keeps a SACCO’s members, savings, shares, loans and accounts together — so the member’s passbook, the cash book and the financial statements always agree. It runs in the browser for staff, and members can check their own accounts from their phones.
How we work
- Correct books first. Every transaction posts balanced double-entry accounts; nothing is deleted, only reversed.
- Controls that match SACCO practice. Maker–checker, approval levels and an audit trail are built in, not optional extras.
- Honest information. We describe what the software does today, and our guides explain SACCO management in plain language.
- Light and fast. Screens load only when opened, so the system works on ordinary phones and connections.
