SACCO reports

SACCO reporting software for managers, boards and auditors

Reports are only useful if people trust them. Because SaccoMonitor produces every report from the same records as the member accounts and the ledger, the numbers agree with each other — and every report downloads as Excel or PDF.

Excel, PDF or print — for every report

Each report downloads as an Excel workbook with the SACCO’s name, the period and totals — with amounts stored as numbers — or as a PDF that repeats the table header on every page and numbers the pages. Lists that run to thousands of rows are exported in full, not just the first page on screen.

Reports that agree with each other

Why it matters

When savings balances, the cash book and the financial statements come from different spreadsheets, they drift apart. In SaccoMonitor they come from one set of postings, so the savings report total equals the savings control account in the trial balance.

Frequently asked questions

Typically a member register, savings and share balances, the loan portfolio with arrears ageing and portfolio at risk, disbursements and collections for the period, and the financial statements (trial balance, income statement and balance sheet).

Yes. Every report downloads as a real Excel workbook (numbers stay numbers, so totals and formulas work) or as a PDF, and can also be printed with the SACCO letterhead.

Yes. Branch performance compares branches side by side, and the financial statements can be run for one branch or consolidated.

Portfolio at risk is the outstanding principal of loans with any instalment overdue, shown as an amount and as a percentage of the total outstanding principal.
